We are talking private electronic parking lot, laundry room accommodations, 24 hour human security with a Optimum response time, porters that keep the building immaculately clean, experienced maintenance men, working elevators at all times, no graffiti urine or other trash ever tolerated in the building, A Very nice community room with its own bathroom and entrance and kitchen, great neighbors and people, so much more I can say.
