“One of the metal legs of my Rollator walker sheared off. Alba Medical Supply ordered a new leg from the company who said they would not honor a warranty. The manager went to bat for me, telling them this was a product failure not user abuse and the warranty should be honored. They replaced the leg at no cost due to his persistence. Furthermore, Alba installed the new leg and adjusted my brakes and refused to take money for their time and effort. This is not the first walker I have purchased from Alba. It will not be my last. This company could not give better service!”

“Incredible place! After a long hiatus from the slopes, I’m ready to get back into snowboarding and I was really in need of all the things. I decided to do a seasonal lease for equipment and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to rent from this store! My experience from start to finish was great! They were so helpful, kind, and non-judgmental. I was able to tell them my skill level (which is basically outdated and feeling like I’m starting over) and they patiently guided me towards an appropriate snowboard for my needs. I needed new clothing, helmet, and goggles too and I was able to easily find all of these things and am super happy with my purchases! The other thing to note is that the store was really busy tonight with people coming in to be fitted for rentals. They handled the rush of customers with grace and ease! Super impressed with that alone!”

“Update: It has opened! With warm air inside! Super helpful! Prev. SOS! We are four students stucked in the car here for blizzard emergency. We went there before and the store stuff was super nice and told us it is 24 hours, however we tried very hard to walk from the car to the front door of Speedway store and there is someone inside but did not open the door. And the phone number was not available at all as well. I definitely understand their concern and appreciate their help at the night, but if they can help let us in for getting a bit warm and some food or using the washroom , that would be extremely helpful for helping us getting through the critical survival conditions. “This is one of the few lumber places still in LES which will do precision cuts. Employees works with you on specifics, so this is good for artists and galleries in the area. They have honest prices too, and the time they spend made me feel like it's money well spent. The lumber isn't high quality, and the knowledge isn't more than you could get spending an hour online, but the turnaround and help both with a project and reference of other good stores in LES is lovely.”
