“I have been working with Amy to address some chronic muscular imbalances and weakness in my lower extremities. Amy has been extremely patient and thorough throughout this process and has helped me fine-tune a LOT of my movement patterns to make me a more efficient and balanced runner. She has given me many unique exercises to address specific compensations that I have been using over the past few years. Under her guidance, I am gradually recovering long-lost fluidity and rhythm in my running. I think my particular issues could have easily been overlooked by other PTs and most likely gotten worse as I aged. Amy has helped decrease my likelihood of developing a serious injury or needing surgery in the future. Her meticulous work with me has allowed me to work toward achieving my running rehab goals as well as continue to be very physically active in other areas. I am truly grateful for her dedication and tenacity!”

“A fun boho hip, clean & modern style jewel of West Nyack with fusion flare. Lovely & attentive service. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the Thai Tea; impressed and surprised and the depth it was the best I've ever had and I have sampled 100s. Then the spring rolls; the philo dough quality was so fresh it almost smelled sweet! Also the nicest quality philo dough I've had, with a Beautiful crunch. The Nasi Goreng was awesome, green curry with beautiful eggplant, and fresh potent basil. The Thai omelet with fried rice app is SO.GOOD. And it's just an egg and rice. The coconut garlic rice is nothing short if a dream. Amazing. Then the Laksa Mee Kari 😍I had to sample the curry broth first and wow fresh lemongrass hints of peanut aroma with creamy coconut milk was memorable. Continue diving in to have a delightful pop of herbs: scallions, refreshing cilantro with the semi melted semi crunchy fried onions. YUM! The bean sprouts and rice noodles all work together in harmony with the velvety unctuous egg to keep you feeling warm happy and cozy. The chef herself Waree came out to deliver our soy sauce and check on us, what a pleasure to meet her she is from Thailand and makes the curry from scratch, she showed us her hands it was impressive. Happy to review this place and have them here nearby. A must try.🍜~See you again soon for more GRUB!”

“Ordinarily, I don't write reviews. However, after a year of truly wonderful experiences at Eva's Pound Ridge salon, I felt compelled to write one. In short, Eva is a MIRACLE WORKER! I moved to New Canaan in the fall of 2020 and had tried a few different salons in the area, all with tear-inducing results: the cuts were always uneven and unflattering for my face shape, and my hair was breaking and thinning from being overprocessed. Then in September 2021 I saw an ad for Eva's salon in the Bedford & New Canaan magazine. I have never visited a salon because of an ad, but there was just something about those "before" and "after" photos (especially the "after" photos!) of women my age whose hair Eva had rescued that made me pick up the phone and call her that very minute. At my first appointment, Eva took the time to look at my hair and listen to my salon horror stories, and she knew exactly what to do. Today, my hair has grown back, it has a healthy glow (even with blonde highlights), and my cut always looks spectacular. Every time I go to her salon, I am greeted warmly by Eva and every member of her staff. I will not go anywhere else. She is worth her weight in gold!”

“The capital district did a great job representing the Vietnam memorial. A nice and peaceful area where local or tourist get a chance to learn about the history of the Vietnam war. At the site you would have for billboard and a is flag. It also has sitting area and what seem like a small water pond , cooling during the summer.”

“I visited Eternita over Christmas break (months ago) and was so delighted with my experience, I raved about my massage to my mom and she asked for a gift card for Mother's Day. We've both gone and had wonderful experiences. I saw Steven and he was so receptive to the particular soreness I expressed and payed special attention to my upper back. Truly a relaxing and wonderful experience, I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I can't wait to go back.”

“A lover of pastry dessert, yes I am! While visiting NYC off course I had to come to Dominique Ansel Bakery especially to try their famous Cronut. All of his desserts are made which such a detail not only in flavors but also how it is presented to you. How you will read the description it’s what it is portrayed to being served. Be aware this place gets super packed even before it is opened. People make lines at any season to buy his desserts; I know because I made a 20 minute line and it is because I went before they even opened but every single bite was so worth it! Oh yes my friend and I were sitting at their patio area at 8 am devouring many many desserts. There’s also a workshop store which I still need to visit on my next trip! Highly recommended!”

“Dr. Bill didn’t have to help me today when i showed up to quest next door without a test order printed out and they wouldn’t except the electronic version. I asked him if he could print it out so i didn’t have to come back at another time. Without hesitation he printed in seconds and was happy to help me. I also have seen him once for a leg pain issue. One adjustment and the pain was gone. He’s an excellent doctor and i highly recommend him”
