“Hickory Village is my father's home now. He had been in another place in Shelby that was horrible. The staff at Hickory Village does a great job of taking care of him over all. His family is very appreciative of the care he receives and the interaction the staff has with him. We are thankful that you took a chance on him since the notes made by the other place were not stellar. I am very happy to say that the issues he had in Shelby have not surface at Hickory Village. And that is most likely because Hickory Village is capable of handling memory care residents.”

“The vehicle we bought today was a find we just happened to stumble upon one night when we drove around Hickory car shopping. The Subaru Outback is just what we needed. We reached out online last week, and on Friday my spouse test drove it. By Monday, I was able to go for a test drive. We live an hour away. Talk about one happy woman! My first car I've purchased for myself and from a dealership. Paramount personnel are top notch! They treated us kindly, weren't pushy like some dealerships we'd shopped at, and were very transparent in what they could or couldn't do to help us.
