  Wow! I am truly impressed with my first visit from Clegg's. I was lucky enough to have (the amazing) Jamar P., Clegg's pest control manager with many, many years of experience, stop by and after a thorough assessment, advise me and apply the appropriate products for my pest issues. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no chemical odor -- at all -- from the products he used inside my house. He also checked the attic and crawl space and applied baits and treatments there and outside all around my house. The bug population has definitely decreased! I prefer supporting local businesses and am happy to report that Clegg's and Jamar have exceeded my expectations. If you have any issues with any kind of bugs or pests, call Clegg's. I give them 5 stars all around! (P.S. Jamar also used appropriate PPE and practiced social distancing while in my home and interacting with me outdoors.)

  Great service, very friendly and professional. Isiah went above and beyond, explained exactly what he was doing and what we could do to prevent pest problems in the future. 10/10 would recommend ?

  Lauren at the Smithfield office was very knowledgeable and helpful with the services I needed. She explained everything in a very professional manner and answered all questions and concerns I had. I am thankful she was able to schedule my service next day.

  The team of workers arrived on or around the given time to begin their work. I received a valuable service/product for the amount charged.There were a few issues discovered after the completion however, the workers returned within moments after departing and addressed the issues immediately. It is hard to judge quality since most of the work was performed in a closed crawl space which I had not inspected yet. Overall I would provide a 4 1/2 star rating even though I can only reflect 4. I would recommend this company and will continue to utilize their services.
