“Brought my engagement ring in because the prongs on the main stone had broken and the jeweler I used previously had closed. After talking with the staff about repair options I decided to reset JUST the center stone portion using a bezel setting. Just picked it up and it looks amazing! They replaced just the center portion of the ring, which was important to me, because the (custom) anniversary and wedding rings still sit perfectly and look like it always was this way.
