“I had been meaning to write this review for a while because I said I would, but I had a very nice experience here. I came in about a month ago just on a wim because i had been hearing about this place, and a african american girl , skinny one, helped my child get a referral for some services. She was kind and even offered water. I have been to other places here in durham but I did tell other people to come here since it was welcoming for me. I gave 4 because I was waiting for a while andno one was at desk.”

“Conveniently located a few miles east of downtown with plenty of services nearby. It would be nice if the area were more "walkable" but otherwise I liked it. Seemed like they were still understated from the pandemic, I was told room service had resumed and I saw the maids working each morning, but my room was never cleaned. The person running "the bistro" always seemed to have something else they needed to do instead of hand me an orange. That's really the only thing I could possibly complain about. If you are used to $90-$110 a night hotels you know exactly what to expect.”

“Dr Klifto is an amazing physician and an even better person. I was dealing with chronic elbow pain for over 2 years and I thought I was going to have to deal with it for the rest of my life. When I scheduled with Dr. Klifto, he greeted me with a warm smile and asked me questions about my health, but also my life in general and truly seemed to care, instead of trying to rush me in and out. He laid out a plan for me and scheduled a surgery for my elbow within the next 2 months. After surgery, my nerve pain was relieved. Whenever I had an issue, he always was there to give me affirmation and assist me with any questions or worries I had along my recovery. He possesses an excellent bedside manner and is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. It’s almost like talking to a member of your family or a friend. When I saw him a year after my surgery, he remembered me and was ecstatic when he walked through the door, asking me questions about college and other things in my life. He truly cares about not only his patients health, but their overall lives. I would recommend Dr. Klifto to anyone who is looking for a amazing orthopedic surgeon who will be with you every step of the way.”
