“American Wood Reface replaced my kitchen cabinet doors and painted the trim to match. They did a great job and I loved the results, BUT I have called and called for a repair and I never could get a call back. One cabinet needed some work. When I was being sold this service, I was told the the customer service was excellent. But it is poor. During the third call, the person on the phone said that "it happened all the time." If that is true, why can't they come and fix that one thing? Since this review, I have been contacted by the salesperson who I initially talked to and he apologized for the lack of customer service. He also sent me a note in the mail apologizing and included a gift card. He also gave me his cell phone number so that I could contact him directly. This is the type of customer service I thought I would get initially. I respect that he is reaching out and he also promised that customer service would be improved. I am very happy with the product so I would go with this company and I recommend it. This was during the time of COVID so perhaps this had something to do with it. Anyway, you will be happy with the product. Just the reface makes my kitchen looks like it doubled in size.”

“Never had an issue with this store. Everyone I've met working there has always been very kind. The store is usually really clean and no clutter UNLESS a truck with new stock has come in. It would be nice if the people complaining about the stock boxes out in the isles realize that Dollar General stores only require 2 employees to be on duty in the entire store. It would probably be more wise to contact the corporate office and suggest them implementing a better stocking system rather than piling it all on 2 employees who are also ringing up a long line of customers.”

“I had the pleasure of having my sleep study done at the Lung and Sleep Wellness Center the beginning of Feb. I had seen the Dr. and staff a few days before and they were all so helpful, pleasant and caring. They made sure I understood the whole process and the Dr. made sure I understood what would occur after my study. Arriving for the study was pleasant experience, Josh was great company and very comfortable to be around. He made the night an easy experience even with all the wires. He was nice and understanding when I needed to get up in the middle of the night, he helped to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my room and the bed. I have to have my head higher and he helped make that happen. Love everyone and this facilities. The rooms for the sleep study are comfortable and home like versus hospital feelings which also helps with being comfortable.”
