“Good people, I dropped my trailer at a shipper overnight and when I picked up my trailer the next morning trailer bumper was swinging, hanging on by a few spots where it was welded. After I took some pictures and notified the shipper, I got on the horn with some repair shops and everyone told me it’ll be a few days before they could get to it. I requested the company pay for repair, without hassle they agreed and sent me over to these guys. The guy in the office named James was super knowledgeable about the repairs needed. Told me repairs would take about 4 hours. They’re going to squeeze me in because they’re jammed pack but since I was loaded with some flammable materials, they were going to get me out of there as soon as possible. I got there around 915 I got the call to pick up my trailer just before 2. Good group of guys. The repairs exceeded my expectations.”
