“I have shopped with Piercing Pagoda since 2008. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies there always go above and beyond to help me. I have had my 2nd and 3rd holes pierced as well as my cartilage and it is perfect. My sister took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pierced here as well and they were so good at calming her down and explaining everything to make her more at ease. The piercing earrings are really secure and even hard for me to get out. I have never had one just "fall out". I have also asked if they could change out my cartilage earring and they are not allowed to do it. It's policy, not personal. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and friendly staff.”

“Store is very trendy and well stocked. Although I personally love American Eagle, and my children do as well, the store is generally very pricey. You need to be prepared to drop a heavy dime when shopping here. I happened to be in luck! Jeans were BOGO!! Everyone got 4 pair of jeans. And tops for my teenage girls were buy 1 get one half off. They will be living in A&E for the rest of the winter! Oh... and I bought so much, I get to go back and get free jeans for myself!! Sweet!!!”
