The associates cared about me getting my order in a timely manner, (they was really busy), & that was order was accurate. They were really friendly & all seemed to work together well. My food was so good! It was fresh, hot, & better than I even remember! I've been disappointed in a lot of places lately when trying their fish, but Captain D's was exactly what I needed. The catfish tasted like homemade fried fish that my Dad would cook. I was impressed! Thanks to Captain D's for curing my craving for delicious fish!”

“The customer service at this location was most excellent the two guys working there (one was a tall light skinned guy the other was shorter with glasses and dark skinned but they helped me get a more affordable plan for my cell phone service and didn't feel like a wait because of there good customer service and people skills. “I bought my Nissian Sentra from here on August 16th 2018. Ricky got me approved for the car I wanted. Even with bad credit, he got me approved after being turned down by many other dealers. A year and a half later I have not had a single issue with my car. Ricky was very friendly, and he never talked down to me for my bad credit (like many other dealerships have). He promised me I would get approved for the car I wanted and he did. My credit score has improved so much and I have a beautiful car that runs perfectly. “Came to this Pizza Hut and was so PLEASED I DID! The guy that cashed me out at register #7 on 7/18/21 @ 21:18 unit # 004612 was AWESOME, I told him about what the store in Tri City did they canceled my online order 7 minutes before pick up and I called the store some woman answered the phone and said WE’RE CLOSED CLICK. When I told him that and I drove 16 minutes from Ulmerton and US 19 and had a 8 year old son at home waiting for his pizza he kept apologizing and I could tell he really meant it. It definitely made me feel better because he said it without hesitation and then he and his Team made up for it with 2 large “AMAZING PIZZAS” that were Perfect👏🏻👍🏻 I want him to be noticed for his customer service and true consideration for me and my family I really wish I got his name because he truly made a customer of Pizza Hut for years thinking twice about not coming back, He changed my mind because I love Pizza 🍕🍕‼️💯 He definitely should be RECOGNIZED FOR BEING SO POSITIVE, PATIENT AND VERY SUPPORTIVE!
