“Excellent service. All staff were friendly and patient to work with us as new bowlers. My son asked for a bowling ball for his birthday recently. I tried to get him in ahead of his party and trip to the bowling alley. Didn't work out so we came first thing in the morning and were able to get him fitted and the ball set up before we came back from lunch to bowl. I'm sure they really had to hustle and we were totally fine if it wasn't ready in time to bowl that day. They came through and it really made his day. It was only his 3rd or 4th time bowling and the custom for ball literally doubled his score and broke 100 in each of the 2 games he played! He was so excited! Thank you for the great service!”
