“A friend brought me to Pure Barre and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical as I’ve never danced or done any time of aerobic classes. My first class was a Foundations class where the instructor really broke down how to do the exercises and made me feel comfortable. I immediately start with a 8 pack and never looked back. Every instructor I’ve had since my first class has been super helpful and consistently makes the smallest adjustment so I get my best workout in. Highly recommend PBG!”
