Toby does a great job of welcoming new students and pushing everyone to do their best. I’ve been coming to the gym for a few months and couldn’t be happier with the results. Toby can teach anything from self defense to competitive style Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu all while keeping the lesson fun, motivating, and easy to understand. Toby has been providing personal instruction to me in Boxing , Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu and I’m having a GREAT time!
I’m a professional pilot but a beginner at personal defense techniques. Having someone of Toby’s caliber and experience is like having your first flight lessons from a Blue Angels pilot!

All around a really good experience. Toby has a great leader attitude and pushes me to better myself. He sets high goals for everyone that walks in because he knows they can achieve them with hard work and great effort. He had taught me a lot in very little time and I look forward to learning a lot more. If you’re debating on whether or not to take classes I suggest giving it a try and seeing how it goes.
