  I'm a 13 year old girl who goes here to do yoga I really don't like yoga but Toby really changed it up so it's not all meditating it's mostly a cardio workout but with yoga at the same time and it would be awesome to have more women in there too.

  OMG... I loved the class. I did movements I never thought I could do as a heavier person.... Toby was fun but kept u going strong. Me and my daughter's loved it and can't wait for round two....

  I was very intimidated at first about going because I’ve never done yoga before, let alone such an innovative twist on the art. So glad I overcame my hesitations and came! Everyone was so friendly, it felt like a close family, they were very encouraging with helping you with the positions. Whenever you felt like you couldn’t go any further Toby would reenergize you and find your inner strength to keep going. Definitely not missing any of these classes, such an incredible experience!

  I’ve always been hesitant to do yoga. As a female body builder, I wanted an effective way to do cardio and change up my routine. This class was unlike anything I’ve ever done, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The class was challenging, yet I felt completely comfortable with such a friendly atmosphere and great instructor. ????

  Wow this was one of the most innovative yoga classes I have ever taken. It was the perfect mix of yoga and self defense. The people there are amazing and Toby the owner makes everyone feel very comfortable with his humor and expertise
