Steve and Wendy sold me a 2014 Camry at a good price and they made the process really smooth. Their online presentation of vehicles is awesome. No surprise dents or scratches upon arrival and the car histories are very well documented. When buying a car with higher mileage its nice to have confidence that the seller is offering a well maintained vehicle. Pro Cars did this for me, so I made the purchase. “I love the caring and helpful employees here. Lori, especially. Many clients rescued their pets, & the employees go out of their way to be supportive of pet owners and adopted pets. If you can make your appointment online, it is your best option. They are busy, & you may have to wait a month or more to get your pet fixed on a Tuesday or Thursday. Other vet services are offered Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. The care your pet needs following surgery is explained well and written out for you. They are efficient & well-organized. I was surprised by a charge for medicine for my kitty, & it took awhile to understand, & it was embarrassing to need to pay money I did not have on me. I also didn't understand that the deposit I'd paid for my next kitties to be fixed would still be there once Animal Health covered their part of the payment for the first ones. I would recommend clients be told this when they first question a deducted deposit amount for future services. It helped to meet with Lori privately and have the invoice explained as well as to learn payment plans were available if necessary. I was blessed by another client behind me paying the extra $18 I owed. She said she'd been there and not to worry. I hope I will get the chance to "pay it forward."”

“JP goes above and beyond great customer service. My family and I were traveling from PA to SC on New Years Day with my boat in tow when the inner bearings went out. There was no way possible that I could replace them on my own with the limited resources I had. Fortunate for me and the situation , we decided to stop in Mooresville NC where I found JP and performance trailer of NC on google. Long story short, JP bent over backwards to accommodate me. Not only did he repair my trailer he also offered delivery. There is not enough good things that I can say about JP and Performance Trailer. The service and the accommodating professionalism exhibited speak for themselves. I will bring any and all of my trailers to JP from now on. The drive is worth it.”

“Very impressed! Our child was struggling in school and we weren't sure of the best route to take to help him. His pediatrician recommended this practice. We couldn't be happier with the services we were provided. Seamless experience from start to finish! They sent our paperwork in advance - no waiting at the appointment time. My son enjoyed the experience and was very comfortable with the testing even though it was a new environment and school has been tough for him. Mr. Ferguson's testing was spot on, and we discovered he has a learning disability and ADHD. We received lots of recommendations in the report which came even sooner than promised! His school was able to use the report to put a plan in place to help him and our doctor helped us with medication decisions - very hard for us, but we know we made the right decision after seeing our little guy start to succeed and his frustration start to go away!
