The audiologist was caring, listened to my concerns, thorough with testing, explained everything no matter how many questions I asked and made me feel comfortable. I have had many hearing test for the past 20 years by my ENT office, but these test were more thorough and answered many questions and concerns I have had with my hearing and tinnitus. She was wayyyy better than I expected and I still remember and use a lot of the tips and things she showed me. Also made sure I knew how to pace myself during a workout. I play golf about four times a week and also have shoulder and lower back issues. Andy suggested a full body assessment to determine my weakness's. He gave me some simple band exercises which corrected my shoulder within a week. “Moved here from NY/CT and my 16 yr. old son wanted to begin Muay Thai, but the two gyms we went to really weren’t up to par. I found Toby and WOW, what an incredible Muay Thai instructor/ mentor/ personal trainer he is !!! My 16yr. old son Has been going for four months, Mon-Thurs. and and is now more confident/ physically stronger / healthier and all around matured in a positive way. Toby ( Tiger Heart ) takes the time, patience and skill of a Master Muay Thai fighter and champion, into every one of his students. It is no surprise he has students of all ages.
