“I recently contacted Andy for dry needling for tennis elbow. He quickly corrected that issue within a couple of session. I play golf about four times a week and also have shoulder and lower back issues. Andy suggested a full body assessment to determine my weakness's. “Moved here from NY/CT and my 16 yr. old son wanted to begin Muay Thai, but the two gyms we went to really weren’t up to par. I found Toby and WOW, what an incredible Muay Thai instructor/ mentor/ personal trainer he is !!! My 16yr. old son Has been going for four months, Mon-Thurs. and and is now more confident/ physically stronger / healthier and all around matured in a positive way. Toby ( Tiger Heart ) takes the time, patience and skill of a Master Muay Thai fighter and champion, into every one of his students. It is no surprise he has students of all ages. “2019 This place is hit or miss, depending on if the kid or the parents are running the show at the time of visit. Tonight was an exceptional visit great portions and attentive staff. They need some authentic Japanese sounds playing in the restaurant, Music and or sound is so important in a restaurant setting The right music set the tone for a great visit 2016. Absolutely no consistency or quality with takeout orders. My order of hibachi steak had 6 pieces of steak in it, and they were small pieces, 2 weeks ago dining in I had more than I could eat.”
