  Bill Atkins is the best service rep I have ever worked with. Not only is he good but he is super friendly and personable. He always had a smile on his face and he is on another level of personable. He's not jaded like some of the service reps. He did all kinds of things for me to go over and above the call of duty. He offered to help do things that I never even asked. I can't say enough good things about Bill.

  Alyssa at Audi of Charlotte was a pleasure to work with when purchasing a new vehicle. Will the GM was very nice and had a really great operation he was running there. No pressure to buy but took all the time necessary to work out all the details to my sale. I was trading in three vehicles at one time and they handled it with ease. Peppi made sure I was taken care of at the financing level. Thanks everyone at Audi for the great experience.

  As someone who typically dreads the thought of walking into a car dealership I must say that my experience was great. Rich was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at but there was absolutely no pressure in making a decision. I would strongly recommend this dealership as well as Rich.

  Daniel was outstanding! As soon as I inquired about Audi, he called and asked how to help. He encouraged me to come in and drive, which I did. He guided me in the right direction and showed me which Audi would fit my needs. The entire team at Audi Charlotte made the purchase experience a joyful one. I love my Audi 5! Driving it is exciting.   I’ve never left a google review for anyone before but the customer service I received at Audi from Patrick ‘Max’ Montoya was exceptional! When I first called him to tell him what I was looking for and what my budget was I didn’t expect for him to get back to me so quickly. He not only found “a car” within my budget but actually found me a perfect fit. It was everything I was looking for! My current car was in the shop that day and he even went out of his way to pick me up from work just so I could see the car and test drive it. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. Not once did I feel pressured. I truly feel he went above and beyond and treated me like family. The entire staff including but not limited to Jeremy, Kyle and Peppi at Audi were also incredibly nice and welcoming. They all congratulated me the day I got the car and made me feel special. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my new car and will certainly highly recommend Audi Charlotte to anyone.
