“After several failed attempts at another eye care center I visited Visionworks on Ikea. In the past it took 2 weeks to get my glasses back from the other place so I was surprised when my eyeglasses were ready in about 2 hours. The other vendor didn't even fill my prescription accurately. I really needed them that fast because the glasses I had was killing my eyes. However, I didn't expect that type of swift service. Friendly service professionals and a wide selection of cute affordable eyeglasses. I highly recommend them. Very pleased with the glasses I have now. Even got a 40% discount. Will definitely be returning.. I should have been here 2 years ago. My vision is so good I can hardly tell I'm wearing glasses. I took the same prescription I received from the other vendor and Visionworks did a much more professional job in way less time. I am just amazed at the difference.”

“The service was great, the consultant was pleasant and talkative which I love. It makes you a little bit more comfortable since they are in an intimate area. I wish the place offered sugaring although the wax was not painful. I would give the place 5 stars if they double checked work and tweeze stray hairs. “My experience is always great. I’m always greeted when I walk in, always offered a beverage, and taken to the pedicure chair quickly. I will admit I have a preference when I go in. I’m sure they all do great work but I love the way Merry (Mary) does my deluxe pedicure as her conversation is just pleasant. If I’m feeling chatty she talks right along with me. If I’m in a mood to just listen to my music with my earphones in and just sit back and enjoy she gets it and doesn’t bother me. Now on the other hand T does my nails. I won’t let anyone else service me when it comes to my nails except T because she is just the best. She’s so loud and funny. She makes every experience great for me. She always nails what I want and she is fast. Not the rushed kind of fast, the she knows what she’s doing and can get you in and out within an hour fast. I highly recommend T for nails and Merry for your pedicure. You won’t be disappointed.”

I did not expect a resolve after I notified upper management, but they rose to the occasion and encouraged me to return. They took really good care of me when I visited another time.
