“(Updated Feb. 2019) Front office staff Marc and Nikki have left due to promotions. Mgmt Ronda is still great to work with. The entire complex is very clean and the head of maintenance is a great guy and stays on top of everything in addition to the top notch housekeeping staff. Security is tight and buffed up, access control is present everywhere, as well as surveillance cameras. You have a lot of liberty at this place, and Presley does not infringe upon that. Overall a great place to stay. Amenities like the workout facility and the coffee machine are a great plus to have. Very close to downtown with a ten minute stroll.”

“The location is perfect! I walk to my job in center city. There are a lot of grocery stores and shops around. I can get around the city quickly in a car because it’s right off 277. Great amenity spaces, the pool has tons of seating and a city view!”
