“This is the best class in Charlotte!!! She is truly helps women and men regain confidence about themselves, and she pushes you to be better. We have been going to these classes for a few months now and we have so much fun exercising. It never gets boring and you are challenged. I'm not the best dancer and don't have much rhythm but she ALWAYS makes you feel like you are the best dancer in the room with her high fives and "good job" when she sees you! The classes are very diverse with ethnicity, dance levels, and size and shapes. You never will feel out of place!!! LOVE IT!!!”
