“My experience is always great. I’m always greeted when I walk in, always offered a beverage, and taken to the pedicure chair quickly. I will admit I have a preference when I go in. I’m sure they all do great work but I love the way Merry (Mary) does my deluxe pedicure as her conversation is just pleasant. If I’m feeling chatty she talks right along with me. If I’m in a mood to just listen to my music with my earphones in and just sit back and enjoy she gets it and doesn’t bother me. Now on the other hand T does my nails. I won’t let anyone else service me when it comes to my nails except T because she is just the best. She’s so loud and funny. She makes every experience great for me. She always nails what I want and she is fast. Not the rushed kind of fast, the she knows what she’s doing and can get you in and out within an hour fast. I highly recommend T for nails and Merry for your pedicure. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I like Ulta. I get my hair done here and think they do a great job. I've always had excellent customer service. The store layout is easy to navigate. I like to get most of my beauty products here. “This Marshall’s in Charlotte, Is one of my favorite stores to come to when I’m in Charlotte, NC. I try to come by weekly to check~out their great new products that they get in daily. This store usually gets multiple shipments in weekly, so they have so much great stuff to offer to there customers. It’s a new and very clean store. They have lots of home furnishings and clothing. It’s in a great location with a lot of other stores around. You never can go wrong when shopping at a awesome Marshall’s Dept Store!”

“Not bad. Front desk staff was great. Rooms are neat and tidy. Lighting is a little dim, but I did like the lights behind the tv, beds, etc. Blackout curtain keeps room nice and dark. The fitness room is open 24 hours a day. The laundry room has a much nicer washer and dryer than I've seen in many hotels....great for getting all your laundry done quickly without having to go back for another dry cycle or anything like that. Breakfast is only available for three hours, but tea and fresh coffee is kept going round the clock. The biggest negative would have to be the ladies cleaning the rooms. Instead of just opening and closing doors, they were slamming them. They apparently have a good sense of humor...what with all the jokes and laughing, but no concept of an 'inside voice'. All in all pretty annoying when you're trying to sleep.”
