“When we arrived at the Regency by Cortland we were immediately greeted warmly by Barry. He gave us a tour of the apartment we were interested in and worked with us until 10 pm that night to ensure we would be able to move in the next day. Kennia also assisted us and made sure all of the paperwork was completed down to every detail. They had the apartment cleaned and ready for us with a small gift inside to welcome us home. This property is one of the best maintained properties in my experience. The maintenance team has been very helpful to us. All of the staff here are professional and trustworthy which is very rare to find. The property sits in a great neighborhood and feels safe. The residents here seem to be very quiet and considerate.”
