The staff has changed a few times, but the changes have been for the better to help the store run more professionally in my opinion. Our sales consultant, Bob, was knowledgeable and friendly in the store while also giving us space to explore their selections without being pushy. He was also very helpful with explanations about materials and components. The delivery was perfect as well. Greg and Tyler were very friendly and helpful. They setup the furniture and umbrella for us on our patio. They demonstrated all the features of the umbrella and hauled away all of the packing materials. The entire experience was outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends.”
