Mazda at Joe Maus

My first purchase in the Carolina's! And wow what an amazing experience it has been! Tom Jordon, Jack Maus, and Sam Grimai have been amazing from start to finish. I have a very unique situation going on, and they provided me with so many options to accommodate what I was trying to accomplish for my family and I! Thank you all so much for everything. We will back very soon with friends and family.

I recently purchased a new CX-5 and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sam, my salesman, was awesome. I was nervous, as this was my first time buying a new car, but he helped me through the process with calm and patience. From clearly explaining anything I had questions about, to installing my cargo cover, to explaining how to utilize the My Mazda app and other features I was unfamiliar with, Sam made the experience easy. I knew what I wanted going in, and never felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't want. The gentleman that helped me in the financing department was clear about everything involved with the paperwork, with no pressure to add on anything beyond what I wanted. It's a very chill and relaxed atmosphere, and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I intend to use Joe Maus for all my service and maintenance going forward as well. I would highly recommend them!

I recommend Joe Maus Madza if you are looking for a new car or a Mazda in particular. My salesman, Noah, had been trying to find a car for me for about two months or more. He knew what I wanted, model, color, etc. He would contact often to see if I was still interested or if I would take this car in this color, etc. I knew I had not been forgotten and that he was looking for me.

Last night I got my car! Brand new, still wrapped up with only five miles! I'm still getting used to all the technology, but I love the car that I have been patiently waiting for. If Noah is your salesman, he will take very good care of you. That's Joe Maus Mazda, don't forget it.

The service department is amazing and very accommodating. My choice for servicing my vehicle! The sales department is also great! They are very knowledgeable about their cars and will get you whatever you need. I’ll recommend them to anyone!
