I had a great experience with Redfin Charlotte. I was referred to them by my Redfin agent in California and Jon Bartholomew was my agent. Jon helped us buy our home as out of town buyers, touring the property with us by FaceTime, and helping us write the offer. Where he really earned our trust and appreciation was everything he did to support us during the process. He was the one who stood in for us to do the home inspection, keep us posted on issues, and communicate with the builder. He was also there on closing day doing the final walkthrough and then after we closed, he setup our Ring Cameras and made sure the home was ready for us.
I want to thank Jon for a job well done and we will be using him again on future transactions. He’s a great resource for the Charlotte area!
Jill Delmastro (Charlotte Redfin agent) is absolutely amazing. As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to not only have solid guidance, but also a true advocate for us in the whole process. Jill went above and beyond to get us into the perfect house in a very competitive market. She was hands-on the whole time: crawling through crawl spaces, checking out attics, putting last-minute house offers in for us when things were down to the wire, negotiating fair price reductions from the seller based on her extensive knowledge of repair and renovation costs, and keeping us hopeful throughout the process. Jill was also incredibly proactive, guiding us through all the steps and keeping everything moving well. We'll be recommending Jill to any friends and family members looking to purchase a home in the area, and highly recommend that you use her services as well!
