“I've had a storage unit here for well over a year. The majority of the units are indoor and in a climate-controlled area. Never have had any major issues at all. You can access your unit 24/7 if need be. It's not the best area of town., so always maintain visual awareness of your surroundings. But it's well-maintained and kept clean.
