But I feel so strongly about Ernesto Flores and his professional staff, that I needed to stop and take the time today. I found Ernesto when I asked for three references for professional painters at my Benjamin Moore store. I called him and immediately I was impressed. He stood out from the rest of the pack. Right after I got off the phone, he sent me information by text on the masonry primer I should use for my brick home as well as his cost for Sherwin Williams vs. Benjamin Moore. Unlike most contractors, Ernesto understands customer service and bends over backwards to make his clients happy. He and his staff are professionals and take pride in their work. They arrive quietly early in the morning and leave quietly at night cleaning up after themselves. They are meticulous and methodical in their approach like a well-oiled machine. To me, prep work is the most important part of quality painting and his staff did not disappoint. They scraped and sanded and repaired more rotted wood than any painter I have ever hired. Even window panes where they hadn’t painted were scraped and polished before they left. Anything that could possibly need repairing was repaired before his team left. That’s what sets them apart from others... they are proactive instead of reactive! Not once did we need to point something out to Ernesto that he missed. We were uncertain if we wanted our shutters rehung and Ernesto happily hung half of the newly painted shutters until we made up our mind. You would think that he would be very expensive, but the most shocking thing is that you get this dedication and attention to detail at an extremely affordable price. Ernesto took a tired brick traditional home and updated it to look like a bright shining palace. We are now hiring him to work on the interior of our home. Ernesto, we can’t thank you enough. You truly are by far the best!”

“Updated: Andrew came out and fixed the error and did an excellent job repairing the issue that the technician failed to. The good- the staff and front desk is very friendly. The waiting room is very clean. Everyone I spoke with has been very nice. Andrea was very good through the communication process. The bad- my truck got repaired and when I got home to evaluate the job, I found that they didn’t completely re-place my trim inside the back. Looking I see pieces that were not put back. I replaced them at home myself. The technician informed me that I would need to vacuum more of the glass out myself. He claimed a “crappy vacuum” but I would argue based off the repair that he was sloppy on the repair. Overall I probably would go to another satélite repair center. I do want to thank Andrea west for being good in the communication process and offering to have the repair fixed, but time is money.”

They packed it in like a huge puzzle and it worked perfectly to make it all fit . Very large pieces of furniture ! They will also move me out of the 3 units into my new home in the fall. I recommend Optimum moving company 100%!!!! He even counted out the correct wardrobe boxes and all others needed for my large move. Unbelievable!!!
