Online sources indicated the Durango can support up to 6,200 if 'properly equipped'. There are limited sources online that would explain in detail what is required to get the maximum tow ratings. Leo took the time to help confirm the tow capacity for this vehicle and answered all of my questions. I did not make a final decision until after closing time, but Leo was patient and I never felt rushed. I left with a new car that night happy and with no regrets. He listened carefully to my concerns about the truck, and successfully completed everything that I requested. Tom, the auto mechanic was informative and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated. “We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces.
