“We have had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Honda Pilot Elite from Ben Nash, a new member of the sales force. From the moment we walked in and met Ben, we explained we were test driving several different brands of SUV and wanted to test drive the new Pilot. He was quick to put our entire family into a beautiful Pilot and take it for a spin. He took the time to answer tons of random questions and show us a number of features during the drive. After the test drive, we knew we had a huge decision to make based on the other competitors' vehicles we test drove that day. After a lot of discussion, we knew the Pilot Elite was for us. Ben was extremely helpful and friendly and accessible via phone/text/email to continue to answer questions and assist us with accessories selection and price negotiation. He was so flexible with scheduling times for us to come in to sign paperwork and was very understanding of our family's very busy schedule. “I’m happy with the service. Josh was great to work with. I really liked his honesty. The level of communication he gave me was exceptional. The only problem was, I took my vehicle in a week before the service to schedule the appointment and to let them know what I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and nobody ever followed up with me. Even though I had brought my vehicle in the prior week, nobody ever ordered the parts I needed or notified me of the cost. This resulted in the dealership having to keep my vehicle for 2 days waiting for the parts to arrive. It was extremely frustrating. Since nobody reached out to me prior to the service date, I was unaware that a PO had to be opened and/or payment given for the part. I hope this isn’t common practice. I will go back for service one more time to give them a second chance mainly because of how great Josh was to work with.”

“So I have never been a person to take my car back to the dealership to get service. However I did a personal purchase and figured I would take it to the experts to check it out. This place is amazing. When you drive up the doors are automatic so you pull into the garage (so to speak) and it is warm. I'm from Florida I miss the warm. Then the greet you like normal, but the extras after that are out of this world. They offer a shuttle service that will take you back home or to work. It's a luxury motor coach, there is the possibly other will be going in same area so it could take you longer then a normal drive home BUT IT IS FREE. This is the part that blew my mind they will either come back to pick you up or they will drop your car off to you FOR FREE. I'm sure you think I had a new BMW but I didn't my car is a 2000 540i. Nothing special about it but the service was exceptional. I would recommend it to any and everyone. The automotive mall has BMW, Lexus, Audi, and more don't limit your possibilities they LOVE all cars and ppl a like????????????????”

I heard their commercial on the radio, went to their site, found exactly what I wanted, locked in the price & got a call from Garrett Smalls within an hr! I went online applied for financing, he got the application, called me back & said come in we’ve got great news!
