“Although this location is not as "kid friendly" as the Matthews location (literally the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars), it was still a great visit! My son has been seeing Dr. Meg since he started going to the dentist. She's great and super quick! That's always a plus when your child isn't super pumped about what's going on to begin with. “I highly recommend Dr Draughn. I had been having problems with a swollen ankle which gave me a lot of pain and it also appeared that my lower left leg was swollen. I was referred by a local doctor to a surgeon and 1 of his specialties was "veins". I went to that surgeon, felt like he rushed me through and told me I would need vein surgery. I did not feel comfortable with his diagnosis or they way he rushed ,so , being a newcomer to Charlotte, I looked up Dr. Draughn. He sat down with me , took his time, and explained to me , after looking at 2 ultrasounds, why I did not need surgery and he was soo honest and answered all of my questions. He even measured both of my lower legs at 1 inch intervals to show me that indeed, my lower left leg was not swollen but just appeared that way due to the shape. WAS I RELIEVED!!! I then went to see a foot/ankle specialist at his referral and found out what the real problem was .Thank you doctor!”

As background, I’ve had 4 heart surgeries since 1994– so I’m fairly experienced with cardiology visits. The office visit with Dr Browne was relaxed, thorough and not at all rushed-and every question was answered in great detail. Dr. Browne was in the room during my echocardiogram explaining in real time every measurement and function of my heart. No doctor had ever done this for me in my previous dozens of echocardiograms.
