“This is absolutely the best salon I have ever found! A little hidden *gem* across from Birkdale Village that rivals all my old favorites from downtown Charlotte. It has all the charms of an NYC loft studio, with high-end hospitality. Before COVID they always offered beverages (soda, keurig coffee, water, etc), which I always loved. Very reasonable prices (anyone who dyes their hair knows how expensive it is). I take my children here for their haircuts as well, and my son hates getting his hair cut, always used to cry. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”.
