“2 Stars: I haven’t picked the truck up and already U-Haul has switched up my pickup location within 24 hours of ordering to another dealer in Charlotte that I specifically picked because of past experience. I was told they won’t drive the truck I need even 3 miles to the location I scheduled it at. My confidence is waining. Update: Other than the rental place switch and standing in line for 30 minutes at the other U-Haul, the trip was smooth. The S. Blvd. location had friendly and knowledgeable service people and all the equipment and truck performed well.”
