“The Belvedere at Berewick is a very nice 55+ community. It is new construction with new appliances and open floor plans. I've enjoyed the common rooms for games, puzzles, potlucks, and meet and greets with my neighbors. The apartments are in a great location. There is a town center just down the road with a grocery store, restaurants, nail salon, dentist offices and more. The outlet mall is within walking distance too.”

“REA FARMS.... Very nice community with (when open) lots of shops and family need stores in the area. The condo style units are very nice also. This area has a well managed green space where families can get out and socially live and excercise which is also public space . The area is well patroled also. A DIVERSE community! Hopefully these type communities can be replicated in other plan areas around the Charlotte 485 corridor. Dislikes are people who disobey the STOP SIGNS &traffic laws with so many children in the area.”

The doc was amazing and her staff is top notch!!! My husband also uses Solace. The care they showed him is just incredible. They caught a spot on his tongue and if not for them something bad could have happened They gave us all the info we needed to make the best decisions for us... not pushy at all.. and just a wonderful practice”
