“Love what I ordered! This is my first time at the Charlotte Airport and first time eating here. Didn't know what quite to expect and am pleasantly surprised. I was super hungry before boarding my flight to CA and looking for something light and healthy. This place had it. I got a mixed fruit cup and an egg and cheese panini with tomato and an interesting sauce and strawberry jam. It's huge, they cut it in two, and served it warm. The taste is phenomenal! So glad I took a chance and tried this restaurant.”

“This was a relaxing place to hang out for a bit and get some food after a long day of traveling. The waiter was prompt and great at his job. The prices were too high for what we got, but that's kind of par for the course in airports. It was a relief to find a quiet place to sit for a bit. Many of the other restaurants were loud and packed with people.”

“I am going to give a 5-star because the management team and maintenance team is wonderful. If you request anything they are there to do the job. Even the 24 hour maintenance line was great. Maintenance Man Jose stayed on the phone with me to guide me to fix the smoke detector. After, he made sure to keep in contact to let me know when to come to the apartment what time etc. VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. Pest control done every 2 to 3 months. I have not complain about anything. It is quiet, great people , great location and staff. Even though it does not have amenities it is a great place to live. I have been there for over a year.”

“I have lived in South Oak Crossing for about 3 years. My experience here has been great. My family and I live here and I don't ever feel like I want to leave. Most complaints about the apartment complex are not a reflection of the company that owns them or the staff that facilitates. Most issues are the tenants and not following the rules. Parking --- There is enough parking for the people that live here (and a reasonable amount of guest). You can have guest but they just have to park in the parking available to guest. They mainly do that to make sure that the TENANTS have parking (close to their apartment) for themselves. I think that makes since and it's appreciated definitely. Trash --- I hate seeing the trash not in the trash cans sometimes... But that's not ALL the time. The maintenance staff is going out of their way to make sure the trash piled OUTSIDE of a trash can is taken care of. But I don't feel like THAT should be their responsibility. Staffing --- There has been some roll over in staffing and that's typically a sign of bad management but from what I have experienced, it's just a sign of growth. The right mix of management, knowledge, and personability is important and NOT easy to find. The original staff was great when we moved here but they were also in transition in their personal lives. So they just moved on the better things. After that, South Oak just seemed to be trying to fill a niche for the tenants and company. And they have found a good balance in the newest staff. I told the staff when they FIRST got here that if they had to see me often ... Then it wasn't good because that meant things weren't being done. But that was wrong because the staff is just fun to visit and plus they keep candy in the dish... LoL.You can tell they WANT to be here and they go out of their way to make sure things are handled when they SAY it's going to be handled. If something hasn't been taken care of... I can usually find the issues in my "draft" folder in my email box.... Meaning I FORGOT to send the email. OVERALL... The only reason I would want to leave is because I would want to move my family into a house rather than apartment. But, I am FINE where we are. South Oak gets 5 Stars from me!!!!”
