They're very upfront about the quality and offer a good warranty. (I do question why they have some lower end models that they claim are low quality if they're just going to steer you away from them, but it is what it is). They also offer delivery (through a third party) to anywhere in Charlotte, which is handy as not all of their products are highway legal.”

“Considering the price point, this inn was decent and generally clean and well-maintained. The one glaring exception was the shower head, which had a great deal of black matter on it. When I reported it, an attempt was made to clean it, though it remained less than ideal. See picture after cleaning. Otherwise, no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was the standard fare.”
