  We are so glad to have had Persis cater our wedding events. The food was so delicious! Half of our guests were from out of town, mostly the Northeast/New Jersey area, and so many of our guests told us this was the best wedding food they'd ever tasted. The live dosa station was a hit and the chef even helped recreate dishes native to our area of India, including a jackfruit curry. It has been months since our wedding, and people are still telling me how much they loved the food. We are so grateful to the whole team for helping make our wedding weekend such a success!

  It is a cozy small restaurant but with great staff, food and fast service.
  
  The buffet is very limited compared to other restaurants that offer buffet in the area but the food is very delicious in the buffet. I would rather go with limited buffet with delicious food than going for buffet more items and average food.
  
  They has Bombay Tawa biriyani in thr menu before and they made it every thrusday. It used to be my favorite but I noticed recently that is off the menu. I request the management to bring it back.

  Enjoyed their lunch buffet on a Sunday. The food tasted good and there were a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers as well as entrees. Service was good too. The only downside was the long wait time before getting a table.

  One of the better Indian restaurants in the area. Service especially was top notch.
  I was very nervous because we were celebrating my Dad's birthday and wanted to make sure that both food and service was good. Super happy to say that Persis delivered on both fronts!
  The staff especially Raja (10 stars for him) and other servers too were excellent!
  We ordered a lot of sizzlers, Pomfret, lamb seekhs, chicken Tikka. Also ordered chicken lollipop, shrimp vepudu special, cauliflower munchurian, butter chicken, malai kofta, butter & bullet naan.
  The Mango Lassi was yummy & the Masala chai was very good!
  
  My only slight feedback would be to the chef to watch the extra salt in some of the appetizers & the sweetness in the curries. We still liked everything a lot! Definitely will be back!

  Delicious food, great service. Persis Indian Grill is a restaurant with delicious and hearty food and good service. I have asked for:
  - The Gongura Goat (goat meat cooked with sauce made of red sarrel leaves known as gongura to get a tangy taste) with Plain Naan (leavened white flour bread baked from clay oven) Both were delectable.
  - Tandoori chicken (boned chicken marinated with Kashmiri red chilies, yogurt and herb grilled), it was exquisite.
  The service is superb, the waiters are very polite.   I will come again.
