“We are so glad to have had Persis cater our wedding events. The food was so delicious! Half of our guests were from out of town, mostly the Northeast/New Jersey area, and so many of our guests told us this was the best wedding food they'd ever tasted. The live dosa station was a hit and the chef even helped recreate dishes native to our area of India, including a jackfruit curry. It has been months since our wedding, and people are still telling me how much they loved the food. We are so grateful to the whole team for helping make our wedding weekend such a success!”
