Hickory Tavern

Good food. Even high top tables were comfortable and enjoyable. Food was good and cooked well. Everything was available and no sign of shortages or staffing issues.

The Shrimp & Grits were good. The shrimp & grits weren't the best that I've had, but they are worth ordering again because they were tasty. The shrimp were nicely flavored and nicely cooked. The toast on the plate was heaven. The loaded baked potato was very good. I enjoyed my food. The dirty Martini was nice as well. Overall, great time, great location, great ambiance, great vibe, and great experience. I will be back soon!

It was my first time here and it was incredible. Great service and my Santa Fe power bowl as so good. Definitely worth the 40 minute trip from wake forest. ❤️

Met the family for a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent as always. One of our favorite places to go because of the variety. Everyone finds something they enjoy.
