“Dr Butts is such a good dentist. He explains stuff & works with you. My husband needed major dental work & Dr Butts explained everything to him. He was able to do it in a short period of time. I also respect the fact he couldn't work with medicaid patients anymore because he wouldn't give subpar care due to what they told him to use. He cares about his patients. Also his staff is great! They will try to help you with everything & are so friendly. I'd recommend his office to anyone. I'm so grateful we found him & I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“My wife today had went to your gas station today with our 10 month old daughter to use the pumps. Long story short, her SUV wouldn’t start back up because her battery died. A man named Paul came and asked my wife if they needed anything until i could get there. I’ll tell ya….Paul needs a raise and a weeks paid vacation for the awesome customer service my wife and I received. The waiting area is clean & open with fun technology/play area for the kiddos. The staff is friendly & professional from the phone conversations to in-office interaction. Allison, our hygienist, was such a delight to work with for my 5 & 2 year old - she was so professional and great with the kids! Dr. Banakus was wonderful, so professional, kind & caring! “I recently decided to purchase a new car, and I spoke on the phone with Catherine Banks, one of the loan officers at the First Flight branch in Holly Springs, NC. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but THIS experience was the easiest and the best one I've ever been through due to such a wonderful and diligent loan officer! Catherine's attention to detail was perfect - she noticed things in the deal (sent over by the dealership) that I would have never caught, and she worked with both me and the dealership to make sure that ALL numbers were consistent, correct, and fair. As I live out of town, she conducted all business with me over the phone, through the internet, and through e-mail, and ALL of her paperwork was flawless. She was quick (if she told me I had a form to e-sign, it was already in my email before I could even open it up). The loan was approved within minutes, and as soon as I found the vehicle I wanted, the loan was processed and closed in less than an afternoon. This is the way that business should be run, and Catherine has definitely turned me into a First Flight customer. It is very difficult in this day and time to find customer service with such attention to detail, but Catherine definitely brought that quality to the table.
