Fairly new hotel, clean breakfast. The only thing was very slow sometimes could not get on at all. Safe location, a little difficult to wind around the streets to get there because it was right after the bridge over the Mississippi river.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is awesome! Great variety, everything fresh and hot. Very convenient location for going to football games. Our room had a view of the Capital Building and Tiger Stadium. Clean rooms, modern vibe. Definitely one of the best hotels all around and we will definitely be back!

As expected with newer styled LaQuinta hotels, the place has a modern feel to it. I arrived in the early evening after a long drive and got checked in quickly. My room appeared clean, except when I shifted the couch I found some slovenly pig had dropped his sunflower seed shells between the couch and wall.

This place appears to be frequented by workmen because it's close to the Port of Baton Rouge. Many large vehicles in the parking lot, but it's very well lit.

Breakfast is a bit sad, but standard these days. Carbs everywhere, plus some egg things.

It's close to the highway, but on a separate access road. It's also far enough away that the sounds aren't too loud.

Staff was great! We forgot our kids stool in the bathroom and one of the employees came out before we had left to give us the stool. I haven't had a hotel that services rooms that quickly. I've donated many items haha. Great that they were dog friendly too.
