  This is my second time using this company! And 1400$ later I do not regret it at all!! They have been respectful, professional and honest. If I had a question it was answered appropriately and I was confident in the response. Brad has been absolutely amazing... I had a radiator replaced followed by another break down... He responded and fixed it immediately upon being told. I then went back to get wheel bearings and it was completed by 9am, he then called to see if I needed or wanted to get my oil change completed.

  Customer service is excellent. Each and every time that I call for an issue with a vehicle they fit me right on in. They do superb work on all my vehicles. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

  I've been going here for almost 10 years. Never had a bad experience. Always felt like the diagnosis (and pricing) was reasonable. Super friendly guys, and you get a cookie when they work on your car!

  Quality Plus far exceeded my expectations! The customer service is unmatched! I appreciate their thorough inspection and recommendations (complete with itemized costs). And if that wasn’t enough, when I got in my car there was a little card expressing appreciation and a chocolate chip cookie...unfortunately I’m gluten free, but the gesture...NEVER in a million years expected that. It quite literally brightened my day!!! Excellent, quality service!

  I had a very good experience with Quality Plus Automotive Services. A part that had been used to repair my driver's side window went bad. Quality was very fast at re-repairing the window. They loaned me a car so that I didn't have to miss work and did not charge me for the repair. Thank you for standing by your work! I appreciate the way Quality has always dealt with me and my 1996 Toyota Corolla. Quality began working on the car when I got it in 2001 and the folks who work at Quality have always been professional and helpful. Thanks Again!
