“I just went to this WakeMed location yesterday for my first COVID vaccine. I was nervous about going because I have been avoiding going anywhere for the past several months. My visit was a pleasant surprise. When I arrived I saw a notice that stated if you were more than 5 minutes early to go back and wait in your car. So I did. When I did go into the office, everyone was masked and observing social distancing. The chairs in the waiting room were grouped in fours and three of each grouping were taped off so you were never sitting near anyone. Check-in was a breeze since we had the option to check-in from home online, which I did. I only waited maybe 5 minutes before it was my turn. During that time there was a young women wearing gray scrubs who was checking in on everyone and also wiping down empty chairs. The med tech who gave me my injection was lovely. She made me feel comfortable and the injection was painless. And as a side note, we discovered that we shared the same October birthday! She gave me a sticky note with a time on it and explained that I needed to sit in another section of the same lobby for 15 minutes so I could be monitored. The same young woman in gray scrubs came by to see how I was doing and also she offered to schedule my second vaccine. This facility had a very good process and I was impressed. The only thing I found unusual was the fact that when I go to my dentist or doctor, they always take my temp before I can be seen and that did not happen here. Not sure if it matters or not but I only mention it because everyone else does it. Thanks for a good experience.”

“My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hashemee for a number of years. He is very attentive to all his patients and concerned for their overall well-being. Many doctors will only discuss the specific reason for coming in that day but Dr. Hashemee is interested in everything that is wrong with you and will listen patiently to what you have to say and do what he can to make you feel better or send you to another doctor if needed. He does not rush you through your visit and takes time with each and every patient. He is very knowledgeable and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.”

Everyone I have encountered at CDL has been VERY friendly. They all seem to love their jobs and it shows. My most recent hygienist cleaning was from Stephanie, who was gentle with me. I have sensitive teeth and have always hated getting cleanings done, but her gentle touch was a welcome change! Dr. Hunt recognized that I am a clencher at my first appointment and was able to help me reduce the impact that has had on my teeth. This also improved my sensitivity issues!
