They did it with no problem, the charge was extremely reasonable. Oil change $29.99 minus a discount. They couldn't give me a quote on other items yet because they don't know if their gonna have to go thru dealer for the part. I read some negative reviews on my way in so I was a little nervous,however I'm so happy to report that I had only positive experience!”

One staff member, Jimmy, who works in radiology, went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I would like to give special acknowledgement for his kindness and extraordinary effort on our behalf. My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic who had been by my side for hours as I was being diagnosed and treated for what had originally been diagnosed as gastroenteritis at another urgent care facility. We were referred to WakeMed for further examination. Because we are vegetarians, Jimmy went out of his way to get my husband some food in order to prevent him from having a low blood sugar episode.
