They were super responsive and got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled. The price I was quoted was better than any of the other quotes I got and it included taxes, labor, etc. so when I was paying the day of there were no surprises or extra fees. The guy doing my replacement was really nice and got everything done well and within about an hour. “Me and my husband just spent three nights at this location. And it was absolutely amazing, we're looking for a getaway for our 4 year anniversary. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and it doesn't hurt that it's absolutely breathtaking. We were given more privacy than we needed. but yet anything that you needed they were right there if you needed help with anything. All the amenities were amazing from the bar in the game room to the pool and of course the beautiful lake. The bedrooms were big and more than what we expected. And everything was very clean. We were looking forward to this experience and we are so happy that we did it. We would recommend this to any of our friends or family. It's so much better than a hotel. And hands down we will be visiting again.I want to say thank you to Mark and Kathy for being excellent host and for sharing your beautiful home with us.
