I told Michael that my nails had broken, save one, so we could just do the dip short this time, I was tired and didn't feel like arguing to get my nails done correctly, but he was like, wait, do you actually want them short, or do you want them the same length as this other nail. He took the time, made my nails look perfect, and even better, none of my nails have broken. Its probably been 2 weeks at this point and this is when they normally start cracking and breaking. I had a nice conversation with the new owner too, she really seems to have high standards and she's super nice.”

They supported us through the claim with our insurance company by meeting with the insurance inspector and following up with the many details, making it easy for us. Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took only about two days and was done with the least amount of disruption to us. The clean up crew was marvelous and the yard and grounds were back to normal very quickly.
