“I don't know where to start. I have been all over the place with diets, keto, exercise, smoothie programs, fasting - and a million other things. Needless to say the results we minimal at best - especially long term sustaining. Dr. Myers was recommended to me by a friend who had great success with the program. I decided to give it a try - I cannot put into words what this program and Doctor have done for me. I highlight the Doctor form multiple reasons - here is why..the program works, it is proven, super easy to follow and lifetime sustainable - it is FANTASTIC. In addition to the research and time the Doctor has put into the program she and Nora have a RELATIONSHIP with EVERY patient that walks through her door. On top of needing to lose weight (45 lbs) I have Fibromyalgia, I have had back surgery, neck surgery and multiple doctor treatments to try and reduce pain. I have been to Orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, pain management, chiropractors and so on - all to ONLY rack up thousands of dollars in debt with no results. Dr. Myers has taken on my case, studied it, tested me, individualized my treatment program, mentor me, spends significant time with me, studies my results, works out future plans and I could go on and on. She has changed my life - again yes the program is great BUT out of the 20 doctors and specialists I have seen over the last 5 years NONE of them compare to her. I have never had a Doctor focus on me and want to take a NON medicine approach - every doctor has thrown pills at me to mask or "ease" the pain. I have lost weight (over half of my goal - in 4 weeks) I have kept the weight off, I am energetic, and feel AMAZING. I have not felt this good since I was in my 20's. Sam was able to show me where my apparel was. It's my first time going to the mountains, so I wanted to be nice and warm up there. He was able to tell me different features about some of the pants and jackets I was looking at, and ended up with a super cute jacket and a matching pair of pants! Jennifer put the cherry on top for my experience here. She was so nice at the register, asking me questions about what gear I was buying, and where I was going. “Aaron Betts and team did a fantastic job on our upstairs renovation. This consisted of removing texture from hall walls, painting 3 bedrooms and the hall, replacing all room and closet doors, building new shelves in closets, replacing all power outlets and switches, and hanging new ceiling fans and lights. They stayed on schedule, arriving every weekday by 8 am and leaving by 5 pm, with an hour for lunch. They cleaned up every day and hauled away any debris. Aaron was very responsive, and understood quickly what we wanted. We picked out the doors and paint, and he had them delivered. He provided all the products except for ceiling fans and lights, but I'm sure we would have if we'd asked him to. I highly recommend him, and would be glad to respond to any questions you have.”

“I've been going here since I was 7 years old. I'm now 19 years of age. The food here is pretty amazing and is the primary reason why this is my consistent go-to for "chinese" food. The customer service varies from time to time, as many people already stated it can be "very rude" to amazingly polite. I've had pretty much all different types of experiences when I go there and generally the cooks are polite, quick and not stingy with the food at all. The interior of the establishment isn't perfect but that's to be expected due to the low-end neighborhood, although they have made good updates recently with the restaurant, so this is subject to change in the future. Over-all I recommend this place for anyone trying to get good and cheap chinese food. Their Fried rice is absolutely too die for and is a must try.”
