“Mr. Benjamin has always been courteous, honest, and thorough. Vehicles that are more trashed cost more to clean than less filthy vehicles. That is fair. I once took him a mini van that had belonged to a hoarder (like you see on TV). The inside of it appeared as though some terrible monster had been to dumpsters behind McDonalds and Starbucks and gobbled up everything and then had become violently ill inside of the vehicle. Mr. Benjamin was a miracle worker. I had considered this vehicle to be irrevocably unclean. Mr. Benjamin told me it would take 4 days to rectify the situation. He did it in 3 and honestly the vehicle (minus some body damage (this is detailing NOT a body shop)) looked brand new. I could not believe the transformation. This was not inexpensive, but the work and level of detail was amazing. I highly recommend his services.”

Just waking the perimeter at a leisurely pace is a fine--and can be a largely shady--amble on a hot day. Families with small kids will find fascinating diversions along a stroll around the lake, like spotting plants, or watching turtles, fish, or water birds in the shallow fringes of the water from a low cross-over walkway or platform. *For little ones with water-puddle shoes there are opportunities to splash and stomp for joy in the puddles that appear along walkway margins after a rain. It will be better when all facilities are fully open, but even now it's a great spot for all kinds of outdoor pursuits, including picnicking, running, or walking the dogs, at any energy level you choose. *(We wish we could do that, too).”

“It was a little bit difficult to find the restaurant without the name on the outside of the building. So, I just want to let you guys know that the business is located on the right side of Food Lion. Upon entering the establishment, the nice lady greeted me and asked how could she help me. I told her that it was my first time and she patiently explained everything on the menu. I placed my order and waited outside until it was ready. She was the only one working that day, so she had a lot of hats to wear and she wore them with a smile. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the Alpha Juice was the icing on the cake. I will defintely be going back!”

I will say honestly, we have just had the BEST full remedy for one of our issues. They utilized their front desk staff, office manager, and outside contractors etc. to fix the issue. Of course, thank you willow creek management for allowing your staff to have corporate back up for issues (cough cough approving money to increase your current resident's living comfortability)!
