“Drove to Charlotte from Miami to help my mother-in-law. Before getting back on the road, I decided to stop by the Albemarle Rd location. The team there were corteous, professional, and helpful. I stated I wanted to make sure my car was road worthy and to please check the fluids and tires and if oil change was needed then we would do that. Unfortunately they didn't have the oil filter for my Mercedes-Benz in stock but they topped off all of the fluids, including adding oil and added air to the tires. They did this at no charge, just so my wife, dog, and I could have a safe journey. They called the nearest location to make sure they had the filter in stock before I went there. They were so friendly and caring. Wish I had gotten their names to properly recognize them in this review but to the owner of this location and to the corporate leaders; know you have got great people, caring, and friendly people and your hiring should be modeled after the wonderful guys and gals at the Albemarle Rd location. Thanks a million!”
